Insights and appearance
- Reading-year summaries, frequency patterns, current reading, authors, and other useful trends.
- Avenir Next by default with a focused set of font choices.
- Snow, Fjord, Pine, Cabin, custom accent color, and matching sidebar choices including Glass.
Data and reliability

- Cloud-folder-friendly single-writer locking and careful SQLite checkpointing.
- Optional Books and Audio sections, automatic sync on launch, and remembered landing tab.
- Optional local publishing folder, with setup help linked directly from Saga Settings.
- Independent backup schedule measured in days, plus a configurable maximum number of backups to keep.
- Changing the backup folder takes effect immediately for a manual backup, even before saving the rest of Settings.
- Faster launch with the library cache loaded away from the main interface.
